flashrom version 1.0 "Emergency Release"

Though I'd have liked to feel better prepared before tagging anything
`v1.0`, this was overdue for too long.

Third RC for flashrom-1.0

Including one workaround and updated README for DOS (DJGPP) builds.

Second RC for flashrom-1.0

Some build fixes:

* Work around warnings with newer GCC on non-x86
* Fix builds with musl libc

One functional fix:

* Fix 100 series PCH (Skylake)

and the README was updated.

First RC for flashrom-1.0, please test :)
