Baikal-T(1) recovery image is dedicated to create a minimized
rootfs for Baikapl-T SoC. It can used either as initramfs to keep
loading the system from different resources, or as fully functional
rootfs with a bug set of precompiled utilities to test and debug
peripheral devices.
